Sõrve Säär is the southern tip of the Sõrve Peninsula, at the southernmost point of Saaremaa island in Estonia. It is a spectacular location where the Gulf of Riga meets the Baltic Sea.
The cape offers varied conditions depending on wind direction, with calmer waters on the gulf side and rougher waters on the sea side. Currents can be strong at the tip. The bottom is sandy.
This is a spot for experienced riders due to currents, exposure, and remoteness. The cape is an important historical site (World War II battles). The season runs from May to October.
