Overview

Rock City is a kitesurfing spot near the village of Kabli, on Estonia's south-west coast, between Pärnu and Häädemeeste. The name refers to a local leisure complex.

The sandy beach faces south-west towards Pärnu Bay and the Baltic Sea. South-west to west winds are most favourable. The bottom is sandy and the water shallow. The area is lined with pine forest.

Rock City is about 20 km south of Pärnu. The spot is relatively quiet. The season runs from May to October. The spot suits intermediate riders.
