Kitesurf spot on the Loire River in Maine-et-Loire, located within the Loire Anjou Touraine Regional Natural Park. Freshwater river spot with current varying from 1 to 4 knots depending on the channel. Tacks of up to 600 m possible. Navigation is often possible standing in shallow water. Up to 6 riders can sail without interfering with each other.

Beware of currents and entanglement risks: spot for experienced kiters only. Board leash strongly recommended. Strictly respect the protected sandy islets (landing prohibited) and the biotope protection orders from April 1 to August 15 between La Daguenière and Juigné-sur-Loire. Do not approach sand banks detached from the riverbank.
Works with South-West to West winds. Wind can be irregular in places due to riverside vegetation. Summer thermals can strengthen the wind in the late afternoon.
