Overview

Muuga is a bay east of Tallinn, known for its large commercial port. The kitesurfing spot is in the bay, near Muuga Port.

The bay faces north towards the Gulf of Finland. North to north-west winds are most favourable. The bottom is sandy and the water can be shallow in places. Watch out for maritime traffic near the port.

Muuga is easily accessible from Tallinn. The season runs from May to October. The spot suits intermediate riders. Be mindful of the port area.
