Tanjung Bungah Beach is a kitesurfing spot located on the north coast of Penang Island in Malaysia. The beach offers a tropical setting with views of the Strait of Malacca. Northeast winds prevail during the northeast monsoon (November to March), offering the best conditions. The southwest monsoon (June to September) brings southwest sector winds. The bottom is sandy and the water body is open.
