Overview

Kaseda is a kitesurfing spot in Kagoshima Prefecture, on the southwest coast of Kyushu. This spot benefits from west to northwest winds in winter and southeast winds in summer.

The water is coastal, exposed to the East China Sea. Tides are present. Suited for intermediate riders.
