Overview

Plage du Gros Jonc is a kitesurf spot at the northwest tip of the Ile de Ré near Saint-Clément-des-Baleines, adjacent to the Phare des Baleines area. West and northwest onshore winds with Atlantic swell. One of the cluster of exposed spots at the island's western tip. Intermediate to advanced level.
