Tolokun is a kitesurfing spot on the Kyiv Reservoir (Kyiv Sea) north of the Ukrainian capital. The spot is on the eastern shore of the reservoir, offering a vast water area.
The reservoir is wide with good fetch for west and southwest winds. The water is fresh, the bottom sandy. Accessible from Kyiv in about 40 minutes. The season runs from April to October.
