Overview

Vyshhorod is a city located just north of Kyiv, on the right bank of the Kyiv Reservoir (Kyiv Sea). The kitesurfing spot offers access to the vast reservoir from the northern suburb of the capital.

The water area is wide with good fetch for southeast to east winds. The water is fresh, the bottom sandy. The spot is very accessible from Kyiv (about 20-30 minutes). The kite season runs from April to October.
