Bugaz Kosa is a sand spit located between the Budaki Liman and the Black Sea, near the Zatoka resort in the Odessa Oblast. It is one of the most well-known kite spots in the Odessa region.

The kosa (spit) offers two water bodies: the liman on the north side with flat and shallow water (ideal for beginners), and the Black Sea on the south side with chop and small waves. The bottom is sandy.

The prevailing wind is from southwest to west, blowing side-shore relative to the spit. The season runs from May to October. Infrastructure is well developed with several kite schools nearby.
