Lazurne (Lazurnoe) is a seaside resort on the Black Sea coast in the Kherson Oblast. The kitesurfing spot offers access to the Black Sea with a sandy beach.
The water is shallow near the shore with a sandy bottom. The prevailing wind comes from the southwest and west. The kite season runs from May to October. The spot is suited for intermediate riders as the water gets deep fairly quickly.
