Ouddorp is located near the westernmost point of Goeree-Overflakkee on the North Sea. The kite zone is between beach access points 7 and 9. Medium waves with westerly winds, strong currents and breakwaters make this a spot for intermediate to advanced riders. Best season: January and April–August.

Kite zone between beach access points 7 and 9 — marked on site. Free parking just behind the dyke. Facilities: beach pavilions, toilets, showers. Village of Ouddorp nearby with restaurants and shops. Access via N215 from Rotterdam direction, then towards Ouddorp. GPS: Ouddorp beach, Goeree-Overflakkee.

North Sea — medium waves depending on wind and swell. Choppy in SW/W/NW. Submerged breakwaters between access points 7-9 (know their positions). Large tidal range. Strong lateral currents in strong wind. Cold year-round: 3/2mm minimum summer, 5/4mm winter.
Medium waves with W winds. Strong currents and breakwaters in the kite area. Kite zone strictly between beach access points 7 and 9. Not suitable for beginners.
