Ugglarp is a kitesurfing spot located on the west coast of Sweden in Halland County, between Halmstad and Falkenberg. The spot faces the Kattegat with a west-facing exposure that captures the dominant winds well. The beach is sandy and offers enough space for rigging and launching kites. The body of water is open and can develop chop in sustained westerly winds. Conditions are suitable for intermediate riders. The coast between Halmstad and Falkenberg is dotted with kitesurfing spots that all work with the same southwest to northwest wind patterns. The main season runs from April to October.
