Zwenkauer See is a lake located southwest of Leipzig in Saxony. This large lake created from a mining conversion offers a vast body of water for kitesurfing. West and southwest winds dominate. The lake is extensive with a flat water surface, suitable for beginners and intermediates. Zwenkauer See is one of the main kite spots in the Leipzig area.
