Løkken is a popular holiday resort on the northwest coast of Jutland, with a great sandy beach, campsites and a nice town centre with cafés and pubs. The spot offers excellent windsurfing and kitesurfing conditions.
North of Løkken Pier is an epic west coast spot, often hit by strong western winds. Waves are more moderate and less dangerous than in the Klitmøller region, offering great wave riding and jumping opportunities.

Very shallow beach with no material-damaging shore break. Moderate waves of 1 to 2 metres. Light current. Offshore sandbanks offer bigger waves but less dangerous than the Klitmøller region. Wetsuit required.
Parking available near the beach. Campsites and accommodation in town. Lively town centre with cafés and pubs.
The spot gets side/onshore winds 9 out of 10 times. In SSW to WSW winds, waves are smoothed out by the breakwater. Further out, several sandbanks with SW-WSW swells create larger waves for jumping and wave riding. Excellent in strong southwest winds.
