Seelhausener See is a lake located in Saxony, created from a former mining operation. This body of water offers space for kitesurfing in the area north of Leipzig. West and southwest winds dominate. The lake offers a flat body of water suitable for beginners and intermediates. The flat surrounding terrain allows the wind to reach the lake without obstacles.
