Harrevig is a flat water spot in Harre Vig, a nearly round bay about 2 km in diameter on the west coast of the Salling peninsula (Limfjord). The bay opens westward through a narrow 300 m gap between Sesterodde and Hjerk Odde. The spot is on the east (inner) shore, facing west. Very sheltered, ideal for beginners.

Narrow 300 m passage — easterly winds push toward the bay opening and Lysen Bredning beyond. Shallow waters. The fjord can freeze over in winter.
