Akmeņrags is a cape on Latvia's west coast, between Liepāja and Pavilosta. The Akmeņrags Lighthouse is an iconic landmark. The cape offers an exposed kitesurfing spot facing the Baltic Sea.

The coast faces west, directly exposed to prevailing Baltic winds. South-west to north-west winds are most favourable. The bottom can be rocky in places (hence "rocky cape"). The spot is wild and uncrowded.

Akmeņrags is an isolated spot with no nearby services. The season runs from May to October. The spot is for advanced riders due to exposure and isolation.
