Leblon is one of the most famous beaches in Rio de Janeiro, next to Ipanema. The ocean spot receives southern swells and NE winds, but kitesurfing is heavily regulated due to the crowds. The beach is very urban and packed. Wind can be disrupted by the morros (Dois IrmĂŁos). Riding is only possible in very specific conditions. Spot reserved for advanced and experienced riders.
