Windrider Arabatka is a spot located on the Arabat Spit (Arabatskaya Strelka) in the Kherson Oblast, between the Sea of Azov and the Sivash. The Arabat Spit is the longest sand spit in Europe (about 110 km).
The Sivash (west side) offers a vast shallow water body with a sandy to muddy bottom, perfect for beginners. The Sea of Azov (east side) offers conditions with slightly more chop. The water is extremely warm in summer, exceeding 30°C in the Sivash.
Wind is very consistent on the spit, with good exposure to all winds. It is one of Ukraine's best spots for learning kitesurfing.
