Samarskiy Ostrov (Samara Island) is a kitesurfing spot in the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, on the Dnipro River near the city of Dnipro. The island is at the confluence of the Dnipro and Samara rivers.

The water area is wide with good fetch. The water is fresh, the bottom sandy. The spot is popular among kitesurfers from the city of Dnipro. The season runs from April to October.
