Lungernsee is a small alpine lake in the canton of Obwalden, at 682 m altitude on the BrĂĽnig Pass road. The lake is about 2 km long and surrounded by mountains. Thermal winds develop in summer and the alpine setting is beautiful with turquoise waters. The spot is small and suited for riders with good technical skills.
