Port Charlotte Beach Park is a public park located on the north shore of Charlotte Harbor, a large estuary between Punta Gorda and Gasparilla Island. The spot offers good wind exposure with protected water in the harbor. Charlotte Harbor is one of the largest estuaries in Florida, offering flat water conditions with shallow waters.
