Rafferty Dam is a second access point to the Rafferty Dam reservoir on the Souris River, in southeastern Saskatchewan. This prairie reservoir offers a vast flat water body exposed to prevailing west and northwest winds. The flat surrounding prairie terrain ensures regular, unobstructed wind. Good learning spot thanks to shallow waters and predictable conditions. Estevan region.
