Jambiani is a kitesurfing spot located on the southeast coast of Zanzibar, in Tanzania. This traditional fishing village offers a long white sand beach facing east on the Indian Ocean. The southeast trade winds blow during the Kusi season (June to October). The coral reef creates a huge reef flat that is exposed at low tide, offering exceptional flat water conditions. The tide is essential here: the water can recede over one kilometer. The spot is suited for beginners and intermediate riders with its warm and shallow waters.
