Shoal Bay is a kitesurfing spot located in the Port Stephens region of New South Wales. This bay offers light chop conditions with relatively sheltered water. Northeast and east winds work well. The spot is suited for intermediate riders. Shoal Bay is a pleasant seaside resort with restaurants and accommodation. Tomaree National Park is right next door.
