Kep Thmey is a second access point to the Kep kitesurfing spot, in the Kampot Province of Cambodia. Located on the Gulf of Thailand, this spot offers similar conditions to the main spot with a shallow body of water. Northeast winds prevail during the dry season (November to April). The shallow water and sandy bottom make it a spot suitable for all levels. The tide affects the available water depth.
