Boat traffic in summer with recreational boats and sailboats in the bay. Cold water with hypothermia risk in spring and fall. Violent thunderstorms possible in summer with lightning risk — exit water immediately. Frequent swimmers and kayakers along the shore. Respect marked swimming areas.
