Kitesurf spot in Baie des Ha! Ha!, Saguenay. This spectacular bay is at the head of the Saguenay Fjord, in the La Baie borough of Saguenay. The evocative name comes from old French "ha ha" meaning a dead end. The water is nestled between the fjord's high cliffs, creating unique wind conditions with channeling effects. The spot complements La Flèche (2108) in the same area.
