Beach Andrew Eliane (Hernando Beach) is located on the Gulf of Mexico coast in Hernando County, north of Tampa. This sparsely developed coastal area offers beaches and shallow waters facing west on the Gulf. The spot is less known but offers accessible kitesurfing conditions with prevailing west winds. Nature area with mangroves and marine wildlife.
Shallow Gulf of Mexico waters. Sandy and muddy bottom with seagrass beds. Low to moderate waves. The Nature Coast shoreline is very shallow with extended sandbars. Warm but often murky water due to muddy bottom.

Very shallow waters with grounding risk. Dense seagrass beds. Frequent stingrays. Possible sharks. Isolated area with little surveillance. Muddy bottom that can trap feet.
