Outlaw Flats is a kitesurf spot on the Laguna Madre flats, the bay side of South Padre Island. Like the nearby North Flats, this spot offers exceptional flat water conditions with hard sand bottom and ultra-shallow water. The "Outlaw" name refers to the laid-back, free vibe of this area. It's a perfect spot for freestyle and tricks thanks to the mirror-flat water and the ability to stand up immediately after a crash.
Open all year round
