White Rock is a seaside town located at the southern tip of the Surrey peninsula, facing Semiahmoo Bay and the US border. The spot faces south with a long sandy beach and an iconic historic pier. Thermal SW winds are most reliable in summer. Resort town atmosphere with many restaurants and cafés along the promenade.
Flat to choppy water in Semiahmoo Bay. Sandy bottom. Shallow bay with a large rideable area at high tide. At low tide, the water recedes considerably. Moderate fetch from the south, generally mild conditions.
