Punta de Palma is a kitesurfing spot on Guatemala's Caribbean coast, in the Izabal department near Puerto Barrios. This white sand beach lined with coconut palms offers calm, warm waters in the Caribbean Sea.

The spot benefits from northeast trade winds that blow consistently, particularly between November and April. Conditions suit intermediate riders with relatively flat water protected by the nearby Belize barrier reef.

Access is from Puerto Barrios. The spot is still undeveloped for kitesurfing but offers a beautiful natural setting near the second largest barrier reef in the world.
