End of the Road is a kitesurf spot located at the northern end of South Padre Island, where the paved road ends and only 4WD access continues toward Padre Island National Seashore. This spot marks the transition between the developed area of SPI and the 60+ miles of wild beach stretching north. On the Laguna Madre side, the shallow flats offer excellent flat water conditions. It's a less crowded spot, appreciated by locals seeking tranquility.
Open all year round
