South Jetty / Packery Channel is a kitesurf spot at the south jetty of Packery Channel, the pass connecting the Laguna Madre to the Gulf of Mexico on North Padre Island. This spot offers oceanic conditions with waves forming along the jetty. Tidal currents flowing through the channel can be powerful. It's one of the best wave riding spots in the Corpus Christi area, but reserved for advanced riders due to currents and proximity to rocks.
