Fish Pass is a kitesurf spot on the east (Gulf) coast of Mustang Island. The name refers to a former pass now closed that once connected the Gulf to the Laguna Madre. The sand beach offers direct access to Gulf of Mexico waves. The dominant SE wind is onshore, creating surf conditions. It's a less crowded spot than the access roads further north, offering more tranquility.
