South Oliphant is the southern part of the famous Oliphant beach on Lake Huron. Same exceptional conditions as Oliphant and North Oliphant — turquoise, extremely shallow water with standing depth for hundreds of meters. One of Canada's best flat water spots.
Access from residential streets south of Oliphant. Limited parking. Same continuous beach as the main Oliphant spot. Ideal for beginners and wingfoil.

Extremely shallow flat water. Turquoise freshwater, fine sand bottom. Standing depth for 300-500 m. Almost no chop. Conditions identical to Oliphant — among Canada's best for flat water.
Residential parking — respect properties. Shallow water — watch for offshore drift. Possible isolated rocks under sand. Algae in late summer.
