Baycliff Spillway is a kitesurf spot on the north shore of Galveston Bay, in the small community of Baycliff. The launch is near the spillway offering bay access. The bay waters are shallow with a muddy bottom. The spot is popular with local riders from the Houston/Texas City area seeking quick water access. The SE wind is reliable, especially in spring and summer.
