Ashbridge's Bay Park is on the north shore of Lake Ontario in Toronto, between Cherry Beach and the Beaches neighbourhood. Large park with sandy beach, lawn and parking. The spot faces south toward the lake. One of Toronto's most accessible spots with plenty of launch space. Popular for kite and windsurf.

Lake Ontario fresh water. Flat to choppy. Sandy bottom. Good fetch from the south and SE. Warm water in summer (18-22°C). Area protected by a breakwater to the west. Progressive depth.
Breakwater — fixed obstacle to avoid. Very busy swimming zone in summer. Walkers and cyclists on the Martin Goodman Trail. Variable water quality after rain. Boat traffic.
