Horseneck Beach is a kitesurf spot located in Horseneck Beach State Reservation in Westport, on the south coast of Massachusetts. This ocean beach faces south toward Rhode Island Sound and the Atlantic. Large sandy beach offering plenty of space for launching. One of the best spots in the area for surf kiting.

Ocean conditions with exposure to south and southeast swell. Good waves for surf kiting on south swells. Longshore currents and rip currents present. Variable shore break. The Westport River to the east offers alternative flat water conditions.
Rip currents and longshore currents. Shore break can be powerful. State reservation regulations to follow. Cold water year-round – thick wetsuit required. Swimmers in summer in guarded areas.
