Dubaiya is a kitesurf spot located in Al Ahmadi Governorate, southern Kuwait, on the Persian Gulf coast. The spot offers an open water area with regular conditions. The Shamal wind (northwest) blows frequently, particularly strong in summer (June to August) and regular in winter (November to March). The water area is shallow with a sandy bottom. Moderate Gulf tides influence conditions.
