Praia da Consolação is just south of Peniche. Rocky coastline with reef breaks — primarily a surf spot. NW Nortada. Kite possible but challenging due to rocks and currents. Intermediate to advanced. The warm, mineral-rich water gives the beach its name ("consolation"). Camping nearby.
