Glenbrook Beach is a spot located on the shores of Manukau Harbour, south of Auckland. This estuarine water area offers flat water sailing conditions, protected from ocean swells. SW to W winds are the most favorable for sailing here. The spot is suitable for beginners and intermediate riders thanks to its shallow and calm water. Beware of mud areas at low tide which can make water access difficult. Manukau Harbour experiences significant tides that considerably modify the water area.
