Płocin is a village located on the south shore of the Zalew Szczeciński (Szczecin Lagoon), on Wolin Island. The kitesurf spot is on the lagoon. The lagoon offers a shallow flat water area, well suited for kitesurfing. The bottom is sandy in places. The spot is in a calm natural setting. West and northwest winds are the most favorable. It is a spot on the Szczecin Lagoon, an alternative to the Wolin and Czarnocin spots.
