Overview

Mangalia Lazy is a kitesurfing spot on the beach of Mangalia, on the southern Black Sea coast of Romania. It is a section of beach dedicated to water sports, with fine sand and good water access. Conditions are similar to the main Mangalia spot with prevailing northeast and east winds. Suitable for intermediate riders.
