Overview

Eco-Oil is a flat water kite spot on the Tagus estuary near Barreiro/Seixal, south of Lisbon. Named after a nearby industrial area. Shallow river water, flat conditions. Works with N-NW winds. Local spot — not scenic but functional for flat water sessions close to Lisbon. Limited infrastructure.
