Buliu Sala is a spot on the eastern shore of the Curonian Lagoon in Lithuania. The spot provides access to the lagoon for kitesurfing in excellent flat water conditions.

The lagoon is shallow with a sandy and muddy bottom. Westerly winds are most favourable. Conditions are calm and safe, perfect for learning and freestyle.

The spot is accessible from the coastal road along the lagoon. The season runs from May to October. The spot suits beginners.
