Władysławowo is the town located at the base of the Hel Peninsula, on the Polish Baltic coast. The kite spot is mainly on the Puck Bay side, offering a flat and shallow water area. It is a good spot for beginners and intermediate riders, with easy access from the town. The bay-side sailing area is wide and well suited for kitesurfing. On the Baltic Sea side, conditions are more challenging with chop. Władysławowo is well connected and offers all necessary services: accommodations, restaurants, kite schools. It is often the entry point to the Hel Peninsula for kitesurfers coming from Gdańsk or Warsaw.
