Padula Piatta is a kitesurf spot on La Maddalena island, in the heart of the Maddalena Archipelago national park. Located on the eastern side of the island, it benefits from the Maestrale (northwest) and Levante (southeast) funnelled through the channels between the islands. The setting is exceptional — granite rocks, turquoise water and views of the surrounding archipelago. One of several riding areas on La Maddalena, requiring a ferry crossing from Palau on the Sardinian mainland.
