Overview

Kryvyi Rih - Karachuny is a kitesurfing spot on the Karachunivske Reservoir in the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. This large artificial reservoir offers a water body wide enough for kitesurfing.

The water is fresh, the bottom is sandy to muddy. The reservoir is oriented north-south, offering good fetch for west and east winds. The kite season runs from April to October.
